Are you the bad habits of your customer?

I was talking to a friend of mine recently, and he mentioned that his customers keep coming back to him for more and more of his services. Even, when he quit his job and moved onto a different company, his customers followed him to the new company. He was mentioning that he is their bad habit and they are addicted to it.

How often have we defined our service offerings to become our customer’s bad habits? Guess, it is time for us to do so…
